I’ve lived her for one year and went through other apartment managers, and honestly Angela is the best one I’ve come across . She’s always making sure you’re taken care of, and that you have & understand everything that she is explaining to you . She makes sure to follow up by calling or even leaving a voicemail . The apartments themselves are nice along with the new washer and dryers but parking is very hard to get to at night . Besides that I definitely recommend. :)

I've had a great experience! It's my first apartment and Angela made the application, and move in process very easy! Her and Nate are both professional and extremely helpful. My vehicle recently got stuck right outside of the property office. Angela and Nate didn't hesitate to help me push my car out of the spot it was in. Afterwards they assured me to let them know if I needed anything. They are great!

I had an exceptional experience moving in here. Angela is awesome and made the whole process quick and painless. It is in a good, safe part of town near great schools. The units have been updated with new flooring, paint, and nice appliances. Green grounds and clean facilities that are constantly improving under new management. The maintenance staff is professional, friendly, and very responsive. To top it off, my kid absolutely loves the pool. So happy I found this place!

My first year here was not the best for one none of the "amenities" I was promised had ever been available the pool never opened the weight room hadn't ever been available had to pay for membership to work out. And second I stayed with a faucet that was leaky and unstable for nearly the entire first year. my toilet clogged I had to pay my cousin and his company to come fix it. 3rd when I first moved in here I had expressed to them that the carpet had some kind of damage and I was promised it was going to be fixed... none of this ever came to fruition when I signed my next contract out of necessity they tried to raise the rent and I refused due to the above situations. I was livid that they would have the gull to try and raise rent which they did by 100 dollars...note that the new management team has been a pleasure to work with Angela has definitely made this a better environment unfortunately I'm in a situation that requires I move out and Angela has been great in tending to my needs and I'm very appreciative of what she has been able to help me with thank you for turning this thing around...

I have been living here for about 2 years now and the new Property Manager Angela has been very helpful! She communicates extremely well in any questions or concerns that I have. I really like living here and especially knowing there is a Manager that cares about her tenants. The apartment complex is quiet, has updated ammenties and spacious balconys. I recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to live.
